We thoroughly screen every healthcare professional through a rigorous 25+ point credentialing and compliance process before placement. This ensures each clinician meets the highest standards of skill, professionalism, and accountability.

 

Our credentialing process includes:

    •    Competency testing to verify clinical knowledge

    •    Skills testing to ensure hands-on proficiency

    •    Immunization verification including TB, MMR, Hepatitis B, and Varicella

    •    OSHA compliance training

    •    HIPAA compliance certification

    •    Comprehensive background screening: National Check, OIG, GSA, & EPLS

    •    Clinical director verification (RN, BSN) of skills, credentials, and experience prior to placement
